Student Teacher Role Description

  • Pupil Safety and Supervision: To provide direction and guidance to dogs when interacting
    with their environment and fellow students that maintains the Wolfhouse Accepted Level of Care and Safety Charter.
  • Academic Team Member Support: Providing support to the Campus Dean and Campus Teachers whilst fulfilling each dog’s developmental plan.
  • Environment Management: Creating an environment for the classes under your supervision where the dogs feel comfortable and safe to experience, learn and develop.
  • Educational Development: Working with in your team, developing all dogs to realise their ‘real world’ potential as they complete their daily challenges and development plans.
  • Canine Behaviour and Psychology Knowledge: Providing expert insight and advice on applying the principals of psychology to modify canine behaviour.
  • Academic Reporting: Co-ordination of the collective academic and behavioural information collected on the day for the pupils in your care.
  • Campus Hygiene and Cleaning: Routine cleaning and maintenance of campus health.
