Private Adventure Disclaimer and Waivers

By attending Wolfhouse for a private adventure there are some definite risks to both individuals and companion dogs. Please read through the below prior to enrolling for the private adventure.
If you are not able to agree to the below disclaimer and water, unfortunately you will be denied entry and participation to the private function at Wolfhouse.
INDIVIDUAL ENTRY TO PREMISES DISCLAIMER
Wolfhouse Pty. Ltd. Of 2/31 Harvey Street North, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, hereinafter referred to as ‘Wolfhouse’.
At Wolfhouse, we want the humans to be able to experience as much joy and fun as the dogs do when
attending private functions at our facilities.
Wolfhouse, to create its rustic environment, has used recycled goods for its structures and play equipment. This
equipment is designed for the safe use of dogs, not humans. Please be responsible when attending Wolfhouse
and do not attempt to play on the equipment.
There are inherent risks in attending Wolfhouse. You, including any minors that accompany you, by your participation,
accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware. You should consider this participation an
exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while visiting the facility.
You, must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which
could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of Wolfhouse or the safety of the animals.
You, including any minors that accompany you, must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and
warnings, given by Wolfhouse and its staff without objection.
Wolfhouse takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable play centre. However Wolfhouse will
not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person or property (including theft
and loss), whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the
negligence of Wolfhouse) or otherwise.
I, including any minors that accompany me, hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Wolfhouse, it’s
directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims,
actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, actions, loss, injury or damage which I,
including any minors that accompany me, may sustain or which may be caused in any way by me.
In these Conditions of Entry, Wolfhouse includes the owners and operators of Wolfhouse Pty Ltd, and all employed
staff.
I agree that all minors should be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
DOG ENTRY TO PREMISES WAIVER
Even if you are an individual and not bringing a dog, it is still required that you read, understand and accept the following being applied to dog owners and their dogs:
Wolfhouse Pty. Ltd. Of 2/31 Harvey Street North, Eagle Farm QLD 4009, hereinafter referred to as ‘Wolfhouse’. I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is/are attending care at Wolfhouse.
I also understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s), Wolfhouse has relied upon my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other dog.
I further understand that due to the way that dogs interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur and that whilst my dog(s) and I are on premises, I am the primary supervisor of their behaviour.
While my dog(s) is/are in the care and custody of Wolfhouse, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Wolfhouse, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my dog. I understand that all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment shall be my responsibility.
I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Wolfhouse, it’s directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my dog(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my dog(s).
I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Wolfhouse for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage.
Wolfhouse reserves the right to permanently remove a dog from care at any time. In addition, Wolfhouse reserves the right to disallow certain breeds to gain entry to its premises.
I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the Application form completed by me.
