What does a typical day for a Campus Operations Manager look like:

Well firstly there's no office, you'll be side by side with your team in all areas of campus operations from ensuring the right team are in the right place at the right time. On campus you'll perform coaching and development, overseeing canine enrichment and training to content creation and operational management; the list is endless. This is a 'buck stops with you' type role meaning you'll likely fill in for many of the roles under your management from time to time. We are looking for a lead from the front type individual excited by the responsibility and challenge of leading Campus operations. You'll craft your own contribution to meet the requirements of the day under the guidance of the Area Operations Manager.

What will a successful applicant look like?

  • PASSIONATE!!! You can't work with these animals and not develop an unbridled passion for them that you get in no other industry. This person is always the most passionate team member on campus with that passion driving them in the development of their campus, its team and its dogs.
  • COMMERCIAL FOCUS! We expect this individual to be held accountable for all areas of the campus's performance, but no where more than its commercial performance. We will prefer applicants who have experience in growing previous locations/teams/service locations to maturity or navigating recovery from times of commercial hardship.
  • PROVEN LEADER! You must have had experience leading large and diverse teams in a commercial engagement. Whether that be retail, hospitality, services or trades, your strength in leading people to deliver on KPIs must separate you from the rest.

If you do not have all of the above requirements but still think you are the right person, APPLY!
