Educational Programs & our Booking Codes
As you may or may not have realised yet, we have a lot going on in our Campus each and every day with all types of Adventure and Education! In order for us to manage all of this, we have a few booking codes to help us determine each dogs Educational needs on Campus!
Please see below for an explanation of our booking codes to help determine what booking is best suited to your pup! If you have any questions or queries that the below table hasn’t be able to answer, please don’t hesitate to contact us at enrolment@wolfhouse.com.au

| Enrolment | Standard | A Standard Enrolment on Campus for dogs that are currently not enrolled in one of our additional Educational programs, such as MME Placement or HENs Educational Program. (Please note this booking type still includes the Adventure Education and Desensitisation classes each day). |
| Enrolment | HENs | An enrolment for any dogs that are currently enrolled into our HENs program. Eligibility into this program is determined by the Academic Team. Students that are enrolled into our HENs program have a more supported day on Campus with specific Educational goals in place. (Please note this booking type still includes the Adventure Education and Desensitisation classes each day). |
| Enrolment | MME Placement | An enrolment for any dogs that are currently enrolled into our MME Placement program. Eligibility into this program is determined by the Academic Team. Dogs that are enrolled into our MME Placement program have a different structured day on Campus with specific Educational goals in place and are supported by the Academic Team. (Please note this booking type still includes the Adventure Education and Desensitisation classes each day).
Note: If you would like to speak with a Canine Educator (Certified Trainer) at check-out, please add an “Academic Check-out” to your booking, located under Additional Services. |
What is an Academic Check-out?
We do generally recommend these if your dog is enrolled into one of our Monarch Movement Program. Our Academic Checkout is an appointment with one of our certified Trainers to discuss your dog’s progress and educational development at the end of each day. If you miss your booked time slot, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you an Academic Check-out as these are pre-booked and scheduled to ensure we have adequate time to speak with each individual owner about their dog’s progress. If requested, we can organise a phone catch-up with one of our Academic Team at a later date. If your pup is on Campus frequently (multiple times a week, etc), and you do not feel the need to have an Academic Check-out with each scheduled visit, that is completely fine too! Feel free to add this service as frequently or infrequently as you like and whatever works best for you and your schedule!
How to BOOK through the Customer Portal once you have created your Account:
- Log into the Customer Portal (https://wolfhouse.com.au/customer-portal/)
- Click “Request Services” and then “Enrolment”
- Under “Enrolment Type”, select a booking code that is applicable to your pup (listed above)
- Click the “Availability Calendar” to see our current availability for that particular booking type
- Select desired datesIf you would like to book in a time to speak with one of our Academic Team (Certified Trainers), please follow the below
- Under “Additional Services”, add Academic Check-out” and select an available time-slot
- Finalise booking
- Once your booking has been approved, you should receive a confirmation email.
- If you have not received an email, please check your JUNK/ SPAM folder along with your account information to ensure that the provided email address is correct.
